Hey All!

I'm thrilled to announce the exciting changes I've made to my newsletter! After feedback from our amazing community, I've revamped the look and information to serve you better.

What's New:

  • Aesthetic Refresh: You'll notice a sleeker, more modern design that aims to enhance readability and engagement.
  • Streamlined Content: We've refined our content to deliver even more of what you love, focusing on topics that matter most to you in the field of health and wellness.
  • Hot Products: So many products are brought to my attention on a regular basis and each month I will let you know which ones I am most excited about!
  • Recipe of the Month: You will be given a new recipe every month in order to increase your meal options and continue to grow your recipe collection.
  • Mobile-Friendly Experience: Whether you're reading on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone, our newsletter is now optimized for seamless viewing on all devices.

My Commitment:

My top priority has always been to provide you with valuable wellness information and resources. It has been hard to stay consistent with all the other projects I have underway, so I have combined all my subscribers to this newsletter instead of having them separated.

What does that mean? It doesn't change a thing for my wellness subscribers, buy my food allergy subscribers won't be receiving a newsletter dedicated solely to food allergies. I have created Food Allergy Forum for that reason. Head on over if you want only food allergy related information. At times I will talk about the food allergy world in this newsletter, but it won't be the only topic of discussion.

Get Involved:

I'd love to hear your feedback! Your input is invaluable as I strive to continuously improve and tailor the content to meet your needs. Feel free to reply to this email with your thoughts, suggestions, or topics you'd like to see covered. I'm open to anything as long as it stays within the realm of health and wellness. Tell me what is on your mind these days! I personally read every email that comes my way.

It reminded me of several make-ahead options that can help break the cycle of serving the same lunches and snacks over and over again. If you have a tween or...

Homemade nut-free basil pesto made with fresh basil and simple ingredients.

Hi Reader! Several years ago, my family joined a community garden that is about a five-minute walk from our house. Every couple of days, I walk over to weed, check on the plants, and see what is growing. It gives me a little exercise, some quiet time, and a chance to catch up with neighbors. This year we are growing lettuce, cucumbers, zucchini, several varieties of tomatoes, and plenty of basil. There is something incredibly satisfying about watching tiny plants turn into food that...

Local Farm Store

Happy Memorial Day Reader! This weekend definitely feels like the unofficial start of summer over here. We have birthday celebrations, family gatherings, trips to the farmer’s market, end of school events coming up, and somehow we are also making sure we remember to pick up crickets for our gecko along the way. Healthy nutrition for all! As exciting as this time of year is, I also know this is when food routines can start feeling more complicated for families managing food allergies, picky...
